Our meetings are held on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 – 9:00 pm at St. Gregory's Episcopal Church on the corner of Wilmot and Deerfield Roads. We meet in the church basement which has an entrance in the rear. Just show up at a meeting and we'll show you around.

We will be giving out red t-shirts (Class B uniforms) to our new Scouts in early March. The boys should wear these t-shirts to all regular meetings. Each Scout will need to purchase his Class A uniform from the Boy Scout Store in Highland Park on 41, just north of Route 22: Official Boy Scout shirt, red epaulets for the shirt, socks, belt, pants and neckerchief slide. Troop 50 will provide the neckerchief and handbook. Shorts are optional. The staff at the store can assist you in finding all of the above. Each Scout must wear their Class A for Board of Review, Council Run events and Court of Honor ceremonies.

  1. Fill out a Boy Scout of America registration form.
  2. Pay our Troop and BSA dues.
  3. You will be informed which patrol you have been assigned to, who the patrol leader is and his phone number.
  4. You will receive a Scout Neckerchief and Red Class B T-shirt.
  5. You will receive a Boy Scout Handbook

AT THE CLOSE OF EACH MEETING IT'S VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE PARENTS ARRIVE AT 8:45 PM TO BE INVOLVED IN THE CLOSING CIRCLE. THIS IS WHEN VALUABLE INFORMATION IS GIVEN FOR EVENTS, MEETINGS, ETC.
